Ingredients:
1 kg of flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 egg
1 ½ cups water
margarine
Methods:
- Stir the milk, salt, sugar, eggs into the water. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved.
- Add the flour and knead until smooth and it felt 2 inches smaller than the original size.
- Form its a round. Rub with margarine and marinade for at least 4 hours.
- Scatter it or flatten it in the wide tray, pull one end of the flour mixture to the edge of the tray. Fold lengthwise and twist.
- Cook it over low heat in a pan. Turning upside down and rub a little margarine in a process.
- When it cook tap the Roti Canai so the texture of the bread tastier and more tender.
- Serve with curry or dal ^^
