~Roti Canai Recipe~



Ingredients:
1 kg of flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 egg
1 ½ cups water
margarine

Methods:

  1. Stir the milk, salt, sugar, eggs into the water. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved.
  2. Add the flour and knead until smooth and it felt 2 inches smaller than the original size.
  3. Form its a round. Rub with margarine and marinade for at least 4 hours.
  4. Scatter it or flatten it in the wide tray, pull one end of the flour mixture to the edge of the tray. Fold lengthwise and twist.
  5. Cook it over low heat in a pan. Turning upside down and rub a little margarine in a process.
  6. When it cook tap the Roti Canai so the texture of the bread tastier and more tender.
  7. Serve with curry  or dal ^^
