Yuja Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
Yuja fruit (Is quit hard to find in my country)
Sugar
Method:
1. Slice the yuja thinly and remove as many seeds as you can find then Add to a bowl.
2. Add sugar. Mix.
3. You can store it into the glass jars and keep it in the fridge for a couple of months.
Serve:
1. Add a couple tablespoons of yujacha in a cup or glass. Stir with boiling hot water.
2. Serve right away ^^
