Oatmeal Biscuit

Ingredients:
200g butter
180g brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla flavour
250g rolled oats
100ml fresh milk

Sifted:
200g superfine superwhite flour
1tsp soda bicarbonate
1/2 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C
  2. Beat butter and sugar until pale and fluffy
  3. Gradually add in vanilla flavour, oats and milk
  4. Fold in sifted ingredients and mix well
  5. Roll the dough into small balls
  6. Arrange the small balls onto greased baking trays (grease with butter)
  7. Bake for approximately 15 min or until well baked
