Oatmeal Biscuit
Ingredients:
200g butter
180g brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla flavour
250g rolled oats
100ml fresh milk
Sifted:
200g superfine superwhite flour
1tsp soda bicarbonate
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Beat butter and sugar until pale and fluffy
- Gradually add in vanilla flavour, oats and milk
- Fold in sifted ingredients and mix well
- Roll the dough into small balls
- Arrange the small balls onto greased baking trays (grease with butter)
- Bake for approximately 15 min or until well baked
