Nasi Lemak
Coconut flavoured rice
2 cups of uncooked rice (washed)
200 ml (one packet) of coconut milk
300 ml of plain water
5-6 knots of pandan leaves, bundled
Pinches of salt
Chilli Sambal
1 ts oil
3 cloves of garlics (smash)
1 onion , cut into small pieces (I use holland onion)
1 lemon grass (smash)
10 ts chillies paste
4 cm long shrimp paste (belacan)
Some anchovies or ikan billis (washed and drained)
2 tomatoes
a bit of salt and sugar
Side dish:
Some deep fried crispy ikan bilis
Some deep fried peanuts
Some slices of fresh cucumber
2-3 eggs , slightly beaten or boiled
