Ayam Goreng Kunyit Recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken breast or chicken parts as you like
1/2 teaspoon salt *
2 inches turmeric *
3 cloves garlic *
1 inch ginger * (* finely ground)
4 sprigs beans
1 large onion, sliced round and loosen
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 red chilli, chopped coarsely
Fish sauce to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Method:
- Chicken breast sliced lengthwise, washed and drained
- Mixed ingredients with asterisk (*), and marinate 30 minutes, store in refrigerator. Cut beans, rinsed and drained.
- Heat oil in a frying pan (approximately 4 tablespoons). Saute garlic until fragrant, add chicken marinated earlier. Stir and cook over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
- Add onion, green chili, red chili and beans. Stir and cook until all is tender. Add sugar, if desired and season with fish sauce to taste. Stir well and cook briefly. Can turn off the heat, serve with white rice and other dishes.
