~Smoked salmon with Scrambled eggs~


Smoked salmon with microwave scrambled eggs

Ingredients
 2 eggs
 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
 1 toasted multigrain English muffin
 25g sliced smoked salmon

Instructions:

  1. Break eggs into container. Add chives and 2 tablespoons cold water. Whisk to combine. Cover with lid. Open vent.
  2. Microwave on high (100%) for 30 seconds. Stir with a fork. Microwave, covered, for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave, covered, for 10 seconds or until almost set. Close vent. Stand for 1 minute. Top muffin with egg and salmon. Serve.
